About Lloyd Moseby
Lloyd (nicknamed "Shaker") was one of the first star players developed by the Blue Jays organization. Originally drafted 2nd overall by the Blue Jays in 1978, Lloyd was in big leagues at age 20. Over his career 12-year MLB career, Lloyd scored 869 runs, hit 169 homeruns, and was an American League All-Star in 1986. Lloyd currently lives in Sacramento, but spends a great deal of his summer in Toronto assisting with the Blue Jays Baseball Academy. Lloyd enjoys speaking with young baseball players about: (1) outfield play, (2) hitting, and (3) base running. Known for his fun loving personality and witty sense of humour, Lloyd loves speaking with people of all different backgrounds.
