George Bell is amongst the greatest players to ever wear a Blue Jays uniform. In 1987, George was named American League MVP with a .308 average, 47 Homeruns and 134 RBI’s. In 1988, George became the first player in Major League history to hit 3 homeruns on Opening Day (All 3 coming of Bret Saberhagen). He is a member of the Blue Jays Level of Excellence (inducted in 1996), Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame (inducted in 2013), and Ontario Sports Hall of Fame (inducted in 2013). Over his career 15-year MLB career, George hit .278, 265 homeruns, and 1,002 RBI’s.

George currently lives with his family in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. George enjoys golf, fishing, and watching his children play baseball. His fun loving personality makes him a hit at any gathering!
